Purchased MAcBook Air (Early 2015) 1.6 GHz, Intel Core i5, 4GB memory, 128 GB. Primary use will be to access work desktop via Virtual Desktop (VDI) software. Using SCR3310 Reader which is supported by OS X - El Capitan. Upon initial 'VDI' install, was able to connect and access work desktop on first attempt and worked like a champ; was able to access my work desktop on the first attempt. Since, when attempting to log in, it is not recognizing CAC reader at all. Downloaded latest ActiveIdent driver for MAC to no avail. Any ideas? About to return computer if I can't resolve the issue.
